To register and maintain an active Account on horse89, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: Horse89 will request proof of age and identity documents before approving any withdrawal request. If a User is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned at our discretion after investigation.
Horse89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during the lifetime of an Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of access to funds until verification is completed.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on horse89 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate Accounts are identified, horse89 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and forfeit all balances across those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access the platform using your Account. Horse89 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to adequately protect their credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify horse89 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your last-used withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable pending wagering obligations. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Horse89 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Such determination may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.
All games available on horse89 are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game's interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept those rules. Horse89 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data transmission failure has materially affected the integrity or outcome of that round.
Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, international football, UFC, and other events — are governed by the specific sport-betting rules published in the Sports section of the platform. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet placement. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios in real time. In the event of a live stream disconnection, horse89's system records the game state at the point of disconnection and all affected bets will be settled according to the recorded outcome where determinable. Where the outcome cannot be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
All Account balances, bet amounts, winnings, and transactions on horse89 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) for Malaysian users, unless the User has explicitly selected an alternative currency at Account registration. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

Where an Account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, horse89 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds at the time of closure.
